- Upon receiving incident information, the enterprise will handle:
1.The enterprise handles it itself: after processing, the results will be recorded
Incident handling and reporting results.

2. The enterprise does not process it itself but transfers the information back
Quality Management Department

- The Quality Management Department, upon receiving incident information, will handle:

1. Self-processing: coordinating processing factory: possible
district management enterprise or another enterprise

2. Do not handle it yourself but transfer the information to the Owner
private

- When receiving incident information, the investor will perform processing: perform processing outside the system, only record
Note the processing content and coordination content into the system and return the results to the Quality Management Department
physical.

- The Quality Management Department will proceed after receiving the processing results from the Investor
Check the results (manual check outside the system), when detection is complete
Then proceed to complete the incident report

- The supervisory officer will proceed when detecting an incident that has been completed
Issue a completed incident report.

- When the enterprise is assigned to fix the problem, it will take action
Troubleshooting, after completion of processing, will report the completion of the incident.

- Once the incident report is completed, the incident will be closed
