UPDATE: No response from support. I am VERY disappointed!!!!!!!!!! App stopped working and the support team was not very helpful. I LOVE the product, but having a broken app severely limits how much I can do with it. I really hope they release an update soon that will fix the app!

It will not let me log in or send a verification code to email or phone. Tried to reset password and uninstall app/restart phone. Nothing is working. Please fix asap. My aroma is in a very difficult area to get to so having the app is very important

This app isn't working. It keeps saying the verification code failed to send. I tried for over two hours, restarted the phone and everything. Still not working with the product we purchased.
