Non-paying players can level up! I know some people keeps complaining about being stuck and needs to pay to level, its not true, I haven't pay a cent (sorry dev team) and I'm level 26, it just take longer, also for GOLD warriors, dun search 1 at a time, save up (free in game currency) and do a x10 search. Rem to read the instructions, the dev team actually explain to you how to skip and dun spend real money!

Up to level9 need go to level 10 need to pay money for up level, i am stop playing this kind of game.

Their own ad seems very easy to get SSR, cheat. You have to train one of your generals to have 85 fame, and from 80 to 85 you need to upgrade it yourself, and this need to play at least 2 weeks. To get new generals you need to wait 6hrs, 100% to get R & N generals, but not SR & SSR. If you want SSR maybe need to wait for longer hours. I dont trust this company, all they want just money.
