Ratings and reviews

It always disconnects so pairing is more repetitive than actually flying the drone, though everything is simple and easy to use within a 30 ft radius. Drone's fun time lasts only 5 minutes. Precision piloting is excellent indoors and video quality is reduced outdoors. Overall it's still fun and entertaining once in a while.

So first off the 1 star rating is based on the actual Fader drone hardware and more specifically the drone's wifi. The app is fine, the wifi connection to the drone.... utter garbage. I have been able to connect and fly with video just one time out of at least two dozen attempts. This is not user error, the WiFi just won't connect or will drop repeatedly. Too bad as the drone is a great starter even if it is just a "toy" drone as it teaches a new pilot flight characteristics etc.

For beginners this is a great room for a hundred bucks. Connecting to your phone whether it's an Android or an iPhone very simple. You can either download the app or scan the QR code that just make sure that your drone is synced with your controller push fly on your phone and you're all set period any more questions here for you. I admit it was a pain in the butt but I finally got it and you will too, again this is a great to familiarise yourself before you go out and spend a couple of grand.
