App fails 99% of the time. One the very rare occasions it does work it will do a good job for a bit then flies the drone wherever it wants at what ever speed it wants. This is particularly unsettling when it dives full speed into the ground. If I could give the app negative stars I would give it -100 for use, ease, and control. In short this app completely SUCKS!!!

Not a good app for the money you pay for this drone. Have a terrible time getting the app to connect. But if it helps anybody out. I played around with the antennas on the remote and it seemed to help to finally get the app to connect to the drone. Vivitar you really screwed up on this app. The drone itself seems to be a good built drone. Has some features I dont really like. For 1 I dont want to have to hold the throttle button down for ever just to get the thing to shut down.

The app works great for operation of aircraft. It has great assets to control camera as well as navjgagion features. The downfall of the app is that when reviewing recorded footage it force loses and doesn't allow you to see said footage. The footage can be .moved to another area on phone to be viewed but when done the user loses all of the 360 camera function and is stuck in fisbeye mode.
