About this app

StaffWizard is an all-in-one mobile and web-based security platform that efficiently staffs and monitors hired Security Officers allowing them to work for private and public entities while off duty. This is done by selecting available shifts in the app. Clock-in and clock-out is done through the StaffWizard app making it easy for Guards to submit their information to the appropriate client to get paid. StaffWizard also has a built-in invoicing and payroll software that saves time and money.

Learning Management System
StaffWizard allows users to create account quizzes, certification tests, and general quizzes for security officers. StaffWizard supplies a library of tests for ongoing training. Quizzes are sent out daily to the officers ranging from common scenarios and how to handle them to rules and regulations. This ensures that your company will have the smartest officers in the field.

Messaging Center
StaffWizard utilizes a built-in messaging system that allows communication with employees in real-time. Eliminating the need to use other forms of contact while maintaining a record of conversation and the ability to check-in on every post in a timely manner.

Scheduling
StaffWizard's advanced time management features make scheduling fast and easy. Just add new officers in the app and StaffWizard does the work while taking overtime into account to auto-generate schedules. StaffWizard also has a feature that determines if more guards are needed to be hired to prevent future overtime.

Attendance monitoring
Clock-in and out is done through the StaffWizard app. This prevents time theft and ensures that not only do our guards clock-in on time but clock-in on time at the right location. The Guard’s current location is visible via the app while they are logged in making it easy for the supervisor or client to monitor their actions. StaffWizard also contains check-in and check-out reminders as an additional precaution.

Finding replacements
StaffWizard utilizes a special algorithm developed by our engineers that determines if a replacement is needed. The guard's current location is shown while they are in the app as well as the distance from their assigned post. If the time it would take for them to get to their destination exceeds the specified time they were assigned to be there preemptive measures are taken by releasing the guards shift making it available for pickup.

Dispatch
StaffWizard takes the stress off your dispatching team. With StaffWizards system, drastically change the number of people needed to operate dispatch. What used to take an entire team now takes one person.

Human Resources
StaffWizard human resources department provides easy access to active employees, certification reports, disciplinary reports, injury reports, and more. All of which can be accessed through the app.

Dashboard
StaffWizards dashboard is the command center for the app. Showing an overview of your company with items that need immediate attention as well as most recent accounts, the newest employees, and guards as well as their upcoming birthday or anniversary. The dashboard also has the option to display the data your company brings in through pie charts, graphs, which can be customized or hidden based on what information is most important to you.

Ratings and reviews

it seems like about 50% of the time this app is not user-friendly. it constantly has to be closed down and reopened just to submit an entry, because it gets stuck repetitively in a thinking mode and at times I have to retake a picture 5 to 10 times before it even accepts the picture for a daily activity report update. it also has too many steps to log in/ log out to a site and to do an entry were asks you repetitively if you are sure you want to clock in or if want to submit an entry. please fix

lots of bugs and problems. not user friendly at all. says it needs an update and there isn't one.the GPS function is over sensitive; have to be in exactly the right spot and pointed exactly the right way for it to register. also if you are not precisely on time for breaks/lunch it won't let you take them. also drains battery really fast, one charge won't last the whole shift, not even close.

- slow, not intuitive, lack of features - you need to clock into a shift and you have 60 seconds to do so? Well first you have to deal with loading screens then immediately get redirected to confirming future shifts then another loading screen boom on paper you are 1 minute late for shift. Nationally you would like to add a note explaining the late clock in right? Well you can't... I have used many time keeping systems and not many are great but Staffwizerd is probably the worst.
