App often does not record items cameras detected. App is too slow to see what the cameras detected. By the time it comes up, the live view is useless. Not enough control. Only have option to control camera customizing by day, not different times on different days. Seems pretty rudimentary. Things it does well - locking door, control of thermostat.

Horrible app. Cameras don't show anything. Putting the system in test mode often fails. I always have to call to verify that it is on test mode. And today I can't log in via the app but I can online. I've had log in issues since I downloaded the app a year ago. It's truly a waste of my time. I'm happy to delete this app from my phone.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP!! I love that we can see whats going on back at home with the indoor camera by just logging in...We have an autistic daughter and the app will alert us on our phones if any of the exterior doors have been opened. I also love the fact we can arm/disarm the system from anywhere with just 1 touch of button in the app! I really dont know what would make this app more awesome other than being able to cook dinner & fold my laundry lol!! Great app development!
