Manage GuardianX from your customer area:
https://guardianx.app
GuardianX helps families and small teams manage important Android devices with more peace of mind: live GPS, safe zones, app limits, web filters and alerts in one customer area.
Create clear rules, check device status and receive notifications when attention is needed, always with simple, transparent and responsible use.
To connect an Android device, sign in to the customer area, generate a PIN and enter it in the app. Once connected, you can manage the available features clearly, securely and with full control.
Main features:
π Live GPS and location history
View the connected device location from the dashboard. Location may also be updated in the background, when the app is not open or the screen is off. You can also review the device movement history.
π‘οΈ Safe zones and geofencing
Create authorized areas such as home, school, office or other important places. You can receive alerts when the device enters or leaves a configured zone.
π± Installed apps and app usage
View the apps installed on the connected device and check usage statistics, such as foreground time and launches, when the required permissions are enabled.
β±οΈ App limits and screen time
Set rules to limit specific apps, define time schedules and manage moments such as study time, rest time or digital breaks.
π Web filters
Configure rules to block websites or domains that are not allowed. Web filters help make browsing safer on authorized devices.
π Uninstall protection
Enable protection to help prevent accidental removal of important apps from the connected device. This feature is managed by the authorized account and can be disabled from the customer area.
π Commands and alerts
Send useful commands such as sound, vibration or flashlight, when available, to help find the device or draw attention in important situations.
π Device status and offline BLE
Check battery level, connection status and last update. When internet is unavailable or unstable, GuardianX may use BLE with anonymous rotating tokens to help estimate a location through nearby GuardianX devices.
π Accessibility Service usage
GuardianX uses the Accessibility Service only on authorized devices to apply app limits, screen time rules, web filters and uninstall protection. The service may detect the app or browser in use, check URLs or domains needed for web filtering, show blocking screens when a rule is active and detect uninstall attempts for protected apps. GuardianX does not use Accessibility to read passwords, private messages, banking data or unrelated content.
π Secure access and privacy
Access to the customer area uses passkeys instead of traditional passwords. Data is transmitted securely and is accessible only by the linked authorized account. GuardianX does not sell personal data and does not use data for advertising.
GuardianX must only be used on devices you own or on devices for which you have authorization and explicit consent.
