This App is getting worse instead of better!!!! Ugh! It's totally frustrating at times! Sometimes, it'll log in fine. Other times, it's completely irritating. 😠 I can log in for over 30 minutes & the people have come & gone from the site. Why is the company even using this App?!! Thankfully, we rarely have to use photos. That's totally ridiculous!

If I wasn't forced to use this app, I wouldn't. It works when it chooses so. I have used other physical devices that are similar to this app that work 20x better. There are times I have no issues and it's great. Other days it constantly crashes when having to take photos for "Activity Reports" and restarts when on non NFC readable devices When it crashes, it does it over and over. I'm on a time limit for my activities with our client, and most of the time I'm late on entries due to the crashing.

The worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. It simply does not work. Reports get clogged up for weeks. Their "troubleshooting guide" is just a small section that tells you to restart the app, which doesn't work 99% of the time. It'll bloat your phone's cache while it pretends to send 50+ reports before restarting the entire process ad nauseam. It turns every shift into a Sisyphean task of trying to submit your stuff. If purgatory was an app it would be Guard Tour.
