GuardsPro Guard App is intuitive mobile app for security guard which is part of GuardsPro Physical Security Platform. It is designed to streamline security operations at every level of private patrol company. Security guards can use GuardsPro Guard App to submit reports, log hours using time clock, access their schedule, create pass-downs, confirm post orders, communicate with their security team and much more.

GuardsPro Guard App allows the security guards to provide excellent security guard services and guard their post sites effectively. It gives security guards the right tools they need to do the job right, while increasing guard's performance. GuardsPro Guard App allows security guards to confirm shifts, swap shifts, view time log, view their payroll, work closely with other security guards to submit reports, and communicate effectively.

Ratings and reviews

Solid app—easy to use and doesn't drain battery. Love the new AI report writing feature. One big drawback: you can’t upload photos or videos from your phone's gallery. In the field, there’s often no time to open the app just to snap a pic. Uploading from my phone or body cam would make reports much more complete and efficient. Hope to see that in a future update.

Aweful app. Requires gps constantly, so it drains all your battery before you even finish the shift. Reports that you are idle, even if you patrol constantly. You have to prompt the app in order to do the scan points, otherwise it refuses to register that you scanned it. A pain to use and absolute trash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SECURITy COMPANY

I like the platform, but tends to be a little buggy. We continually have multiple clock-ins, by multiple Officers, but continually told it is errors made by the Officers or out-dated phone OS, rather than the app. Also, $10/month per employee adds up over time. I'd like to see a price break after so many users.
