I love everything about this app and how well the designers make updates. But it has been down for a week. Help * It hasn't worked for me since this original post can someone help!!* You fixed it and the same thing happened again. Now your website says account suspended. I love the app. Can anyone help?

I can't reach support for help today. I keep getting errors, and there's no way to intuitively resolve them. Chat is disabled and the website is down. Is there something going on?
