This is our new Gubagoo app, helping to keep you connected with your customers on the go.
This beta version of the app provides an enhanced chat experience, but does not yet have all of the features of the legacy version.
Just like in GLive, you will be notified of chats, you can monitor conversations in real time, and ResQ those chats - from anywhere!
The original version of the app is still available in the app store, and has our full mobile feature set, including Virtual Retailing connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.
Here’s what is currently available in this enhanced app:
- View live chats across all channels (except Text+, coming soon)
- Take over (ResQ) live chats
- Send messages to your customers
- Send whisper messages to Gubagoo chat specialists and your staff
- View and send inventory, offers, and contact cards
- View and send your saved responses
- Send files, such as photos, videos, and PDFs
- Enter and view customer details
- Enter lead information and submit the lead to your CRM
- Push notifications
If you need access to any of the following features on your mobile device, you will still need the legacy app:
- In-app notifications
- Do Not Disturb mode

This app will be continuously updated to include the features from the Legacy app, and will soon replace the original.
