Notifications Forwarder keeps a private, searchable record of messages from sources you explicitly choose in your own Google account. All sources and monitoring are off by default.
After you select at least one source and tap Start Monitoring, the app can monitor notifications from those selected apps, create a separate app-owned Google Sheets file for each source in Google Drive, and send a formatted copy to your Gmail address. Opening the app, granting access, or connecting Google does not start monitoring.
Features:
- App-notification monitoring, including supported messaging apps
- Separate Google Sheets files by source
- Gmail forwarding to your own address
- Source controls and message filters
- Link extraction from supported notifications
- Local activity log and retry handling
- Explicit Start/Stop monitoring; reboot resumes only monitoring you previously started and did not stop
Optional AccessibilityService API use: Accessibility Fallback is off by default and is not required for notification forwarding. If you enable it, the app briefly reads visible on-screen text and links only after you tap a notification from a selected app, and only when that notification has no usable link. It uses this data solely to capture the opened post URL and add it to the copy you asked to send to your own Google Sheets and Gmail. The service does not automate actions, read passwords, collect unrelated screen content, or send screen content to the developer.
Your message content is sent only to Google services you authorize. The developer does not operate a server that stores your messages.
Important: Android permissions and notification access are required for the selected monitoring features. Background behavior varies by device manufacturer and Android settings.
Forward selected app notifications to Google Sheets and your Gmail.
