About this game

How big is a blue whale, really? Next to a horse? Next to an ant?

Guess The Size is a simple estimation game about scale. Each round shows you two silhouettes: a blue reference object whose real size you are told, and a red target object you have to size yourself.

Drag or pinch until the red shape looks right beside the blue one, then lock it in. The true size fades in behind your guess, so you see instantly how close you were — a small red shape sitting inside a big green one needs no explanation.

HOW IT WORKS

• Five rounds per game
• Up to 100 points a round, 500 in total
• Scoring is logarithmic: getting the order of magnitude right matters far more than the exact digits
• Every game picks new objects, so no two games repeat

WHAT IS IN IT

324 animals, plants and prehistoric creatures, spanning nearly eight orders of magnitude — from a two-micrometre E. coli bacterium up to a hundred-metre coast redwood.
