1. Mission and Objective
The primary goal of GuestGuru is to eliminate the manual overhead of managing residential properties. It transforms traditional paper-based or Excel-based management into a data-driven digital ecosystem, ensuring transparency in payments, efficiency in room management, and improved communication between owners and tenants.

2. Architecture & Multi-Tenancy
The app is built as a Multi-Tenant SaaS.

Super Admin: Manages the SaaS business, handles PG owner subscriptions (via various plans), and monitors global revenue.
PG Owners (Admins): Each owner gets a dedicated "tenant" space to manage multiple properties, staff, and residents.
Residents (Customers): Individual users residing in the PGs who interact with their specific property’s services.
3. Core Modules & Features
Property & Room Management:
Visual room and bed allocation.
Real-time occupancy and availability tracking.
Support for adding/editing room types and amenities.
Tenant Lifecycle Management:
Digital onboarding process with document collection.
Detailed tenant profiles with payment history.
"Moved Out" history for record-keeping and deposit settlement.
Financial Suite (The Finance Module):
Automated Billing: Generates rent dues and tracks pending payments.
Expense Tracker: Allows owners to log electricity bills, laundry, staff salaries, and other overheads.
Profit & Loss (P&L): Provides a high-level dashboard of financial health.
Dining & Food Management:
Menu scheduling for different meal times (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Tenant meal preference tracking.
Resident Experience:
Payments: Secure rent payment integration (including PhonePe).
Complaints: Ticketing system for maintenance issues.
Notifications: Push-based alerts for rent reminders, broadcasts, and system updates.
