HOW IT WORKS
The event organizer shares an access key (QR code) with you.

Scan it once to enter the event — no account or password required.

Once inside:

• Scan each guest's QR pass with your camera (or upload an image if you can't scan live)

• Confirm how many people from their party have arrived — families don't always arrive together

• View the room map with each guest's table highlighted

• See the complete guest list and their RSVP status instantly

ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE
Check-ins are synced in real time with the event organizer, so all staff see the same information, no matter how many devices are scanning at once.
