The app is an improvement to the resort life than Crane not having one at all. It has the potential to allow guests and residence to determine availability at their tennis or pickleball courts which was highly needed. Moreover, having activities at the crane makes the experience there so much better. It will be awesome to have a sports bar scene with various Sports showing on televisions and table games like Domino's, mahjong, cards, etc always available. Even darts would be a great start.

The resort does not honor the pricing or offers or menu in the app. It is pointless. been here 4 nights, dinner out twice and no concern from the staff at all what is on the app.

Wonderful staff who cared and catered to both of our needs and luxuries while we enjoyed the beautiful Crane Resort and the island of barbados. We hope and plan to return in the future.
