The Cargo Guide app is the official application of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Uruguay.

It allows carriers, drivers, and shippers to manage cargo guides simply, quickly, and securely. It enables real-time tracking of trips.

With the app you can:
Create and activate cargo transport guides according to current regulations.

Register vehicles, drivers, and cargo, including packaging types, weights, and vehicle configurations (truck, trailer, double-trailer, etc.) in the cargo guides.
View shipper and carrier approvals in real time.
Check the status of each guide: draft, pending, active, or completed.
Access your trip data, itinerary, and route.
Keep everything synchronized with the official MTOP system.

The app is integrated with the Ministry's official services and automatically validates key data such as license plates, cargo types, drivers, and associated registrations. Designed for transport companies, professional or non-professional shippers, freight forwarders, and drivers who need to reliably comply with current digital regulations.
