About this app

2Do lets you take a completely different approach to managing your tasks. It's extremely simple to use, and makes available desktop-class, power-user features to meet those daily goals. There is no wrong way of using 2Do, and unlike other to-do apps, it won't force you into following a particular task management methodology.

2Do is a non-expiring FREE, full-featured, offline to-do app with all its functions enabled, with the exception of Cloud Sync, Backups Alert notifications and Markdown notes, which are part of a 14-day trial. You can unlock these permanently at any time with a one-time only in-app purchase. After the trial period, all features on display will continue to function fully.

Easy to use & effective way to organize tasks. I make different categories - work, home, school - then pop in tasks or lists. Easy to add things on the go. Love the reminder and due date features. The reminders pop up on my notifications. So, you can set them to come up first thing or at the time you need to do them. So it can work as a task list or even an appointment reminder.. Love that it lives on my phone - no connection needed. Great app!

GREAT App!! It's a complete joy to use. There are a wide range of planners focusing from bottom-up, GTD-centric approaches to top-down roles-and-goals apps. In my experience feature rich products seem to go too far top-down or bottom-up for everyday use, so I end up using a small core set of functions which is common to most apps. This app is different, ...better. 2Do has a matrix approach which handles priorities, dates, tags and projects in a way that lets you interact with your tasks as if you were using either a top-down or bottom-up app. I find it to be efficient and the right balance for me. I'm using most, if not all the features on a regular basis and it helps me capture the tasks as they occur and really get things done. One quick example is that I use tags for "Contexts" as in GTD (e.g. @Home, @Work, @DriveHome, @Weekends) Summary: Buy the app now. It is full featured, beautiful, effective, flexible and has a future.

Awesome well-polished interface and happy with everything except that I think sound notification needs some refinement. I do want alerts to nag me, which it does, however there is no good way to stop the nagging without completing the task. Even if you change the alert time it still nags. Sometimes i realize i set the wrong time initially or just want to push a task off for an hour. Only way to stop the nags is to complete the task and then dig through the completed tasks and uncomplete it.
