About this app

GuideField is where tour operators and the guides who lead their tours work on the same map.

FOR TOUR OPERATORS
• Assign tours to guides and build day plans with stops, transfers and meals
• Keep a guest list with dietary and access notes
• Follow your tours live: progress by checkpoint, guide position and field reports
• Get a report when the tour ends, then share or export it
• Verify your company, organise teams and invite guides

FOR GUIDES
• Accept or decline the tours you are assigned
• Leave notes at a spot that unlock for colleagues when they arrive
• Record real routes as you guide and share them with colleagues
• Message operators and other guides directly with text, voice and location
• Report to the desk from the field

YOUR LOCATION, YOUR CHOICE
GuideField uses your location while the app is open to show nearby notes and to place pins. If you choose to allow it, location can also continue with the screen off, but only during a live tour or a route recording that you start. A location indicator is shown while this runs, it stops by itself and when you sign out, and the app works fully without it.

TRUST AND SAFETY
Guides and companies are verified before they can post. You can report or block content and users, and delete your account and your data in the app at any time.

GuideField is a tool for professionals. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency call your local emergency number.
