GuideMate is the management app built for independent mountain guides, instructors and outdoor professionals. Keep your clients and outings on your phone, even offline.

🏔️ CLIENTS
Full profiles with contact info, emergency contact, insurance and skill level. Outing history spans multiple seasons. Import existing clients via CSV. Send a web form to clients so they fill in their own details.

📅 ACTIVITIES & OUTINGS
Visual planning with calendar view. Add multiple locations per activity with autocomplete search. Statuses advance automatically: "Ready" when all forms are completed, "In Progress" on the day, "Completed" the next day. Link participants, rate their level and add notes after each outing.

🌦️ WEATHER & CONDITIONS
Weather forecast per location right on the activity sheet (free Open-Meteo by default, Meteoblue pro optional). BERA avalanche risk per massif with nearby massifs. 5-day and 14-day meteograms full screen. Direct access to Grimms Météo and Condis by department with auto-login. Downloadable BERA PDF for offline viewing.

📊 DASHBOARD
Revenue, guiding days and breakdown by activity at a glance. Customisable quick actions on the dashboard: Grimms, BERA shortcuts or quick create. Full season overview.

📡 OFFLINE
Browse and create client records and activities without a network. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Data hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant.
