Update: Pablo from My Guidepoint called and walked me through their privacy policy and stance, he assured me they would not sell any of my data. He also explained that the incorrect milage was due to a miles vs kilometers issue in the firmware and that it was fixed. I confirmed it is. The service was good and appreciated. I still don't know why I have 2 completely separate GPS and tracking apps and hardware on my Vehicle. But Guidepoint appears to be on top of customer service, Thanks, Pablo !

Hi Kerry, as mentioned during our phone conversation, your mileage and location issue should be resolved with the over-the-air update that we pushed to your device today. never the correct location is seldom correct. For example, I'm not home now. im at work 20 miles away and shows me at home location. I'm at work!

It was working, trying to track my son and the app got stuck and showed he was still around the corner from our house when he was infact miles away. Thankfully google maps can track him too. Then today the app opens and goes to a white screen and stays there. I have unistalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and still get a white screen. Paid a lot of $$$ for this for it not to work!
