terrible terrible app. not user-friendly, not easy to navigate, can't contact anybody.. 2 months in a row it's had me pay twice because it doesn't register the first time I pay, and then my bank account overdraws.. it's BS I H8 this app. I may change mortgage companies solely due to THIS

There's no way to log into this app! Just a constant loop! Give login info. Immediately, opens browser, sends a code. closes and repeats login!!! Just go to your browser. I'm deleting this junk!!!

App is average at best. Biggest pain point is logging in. Authentication is required with every login and is limited to getting a code through your email. You have to log into another (email) app to get into this one. What year is it!?
