Issue with app: When adding a bank account, the account cannot be added if the nickname is >12 characters. The form does not indicate why the bank account cannot be added and simply does not allow the borrow to proceed to make their payment. Circumvented by using the website instead (on my pc, because my phone kept forcing me to use the mobile app), which would not permit adding a nickname of >12 characters. This made it obvious why I could not make my payment.

As someone pointed out, the new version seems to be useless. I had the older version and tried to open. It said time for update and spinning. so deleted the old one and installed the new app. when opening, it says this device does not meet the requirements. What requirements are they 😉

App no longer works as many other have stated. It says device doesn't meet security requirements. Every requirement on the device is met, yet the app does not work. If the website is used on the same device I am able to login.
