Ratings and reviews

I had written an earlier review with a one star rating and would like to update my rating. I contacted GuitarZoom about the issue and received an automated response initially which was followed by a reply from a "real human being" (Quoted from a Steve Stine video). They were able to debug the program and contacted me to try the app again, problem resolved. I'm guessing it wasn't the app at all since I wasn't required to reinstall it but I'm just an old dude trying to play guitar.

Won't let me login. Well it will... But no content available, none of the buttons work, can't even search the courses. Keeps asking me to sign up for membership... Which I already have. For $20/month, things should work properly. I'll probably go back to GuitarTricks, which is disappointing. I like Steve's teaching style more.

Still cannot log in. App is still broken. Why not fix it after so long? Please get some decent developers on it so it can function correctly and push up the rating. It seems to have been broken for a while now. Steve's content is 5 star and up but the Android app is a flop. I hate giving 1 stars but reading through the reviews it seems to be a disaster all round for the app. Can we at least get some feedback on here on what is being done about it?
