Gulf Project Solutions (GPS) is the official app for GPS clients and team members to manage support, documents, and day-to-day operations in one secure place.

An account is required. Clients register in the app; staff accounts are provided by your GPS administrator.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Support & Communication
• Raise support tickets across categories (accommodation, fleet, IT and more) and track their status
• Chat directly with your GPS team and get quick answers
• Receive company newsletters and important notices

Documents & Handovers
• Upload documents securely from your phone
• Complete digital delivery and return forms for vehicles, accommodation, maintenance and assets — with photos and on-device signatures
• Program managers can view their company's handover records

Requests & Approvals
• Submit exit-permit requests and track them
• Raise procurement requests (PRF) and route them for approval

For Field Staff
• Share your location while working on a task so managers can coordinate the team on a live map
• Claim, update and close assigned tickets and tasks
• Get push notifications for new assignments and messages

SECURITY BUILT IN
Your account is protected with email verification, two-factor authentication (an authenticator app or a code sent to your email), and progressive lockout against unauthorized sign-in attempts. Uploaded files are scanned for malware, and documents are served through short-lived, secure links. Your data is encrypted in transit.

PERMISSIONS
• Location is used only while you are actively working on a task, to coordinate field teams — it is not tracked in the background.
• Camera and photo access are used to capture and upload documents and handover photos.

What’s new

Staff can now set themselves as on leave in Settings, so managers
are warned before assigning them work.

Managers can cancel a task that is no longer needed. The staff
member is notified and it leaves their list, while the record is
kept.
