About this app

Gulpes helps you grow a little every day, with short, human-written articles on self-confidence, habits, emotions, relationships and motivation, in English and in French.

AN IDEA EVERY DAY
Open the app and find today's idea: one key insight from our articles, ready to read in a minute, save to your journal or share with a friend on WhatsApp.

7-DAY PATHS
Pick what you want to work on first (self-confidence, procrastination, relationships, calm or meaning) and follow one article and one small practical action a day for a week.

READ OR LISTEN
Every article can be read or heard: a natural voice, male or female, narrates them all, and a selection is narrated by a human voice with a calm instrumental background. Keep listening with the screen off, at the speed you like, with a sleep timer.

BUILD THE HABIT
Set a daily goal of 5 to 20 minutes, keep your streak going (a freeze protects it when life gets busy), earn badges and look back on your journey. Gentle reminders arrive at the time you choose, never more than you want.

YOUR JOURNAL
Answer the reflection question at the end of each article, save the sentences that speak to you and find them all in one place.

LIGHT ON DATA, WORKS OFFLINE
Data saver mode loads lighter images and never plays audio without asking. Download every article once and read anywhere, without a connection.

THE BUILD A BETTER LIFE COURSE
A guided course in eight lessons to clarify your ideal life, balance its areas and turn it into an action plan.

GULPES PREMIUM
Free articles, the daily idea, paths and every habit feature are free. Premium unlocks every premium article, the full course, listening to premium articles and the offline library of premium content. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings or from the app.

Ratings and reviews

I bought a lifetime subscription, but it is not being recognized. I will change the rating and review only after the developers honor their commitment.

Positive :- the app is well designed, and the content is amazing. The writing style is easy to understand. Negative :- The subscription fees is very high.. I mean for a month we need to pay 500 buck..!! Not possible for everyone specially for students in India. Please create a budget friendly subscription.

That's absolutely the rigth app that i was looking for .Thank you all!!!! Please do something about the price It deserves it but some people don't have sufficient money to pay. You should create severals ways to pay because some people don't own credit card.

What’s new

Reminders now open the article they name: the idea of the day right at its passage, today's pick, or the article you are reading. Stability fixes. Gulpes 6 also brings an idea every day, 7-day paths, every article read aloud, a journal and a low-data mode.
