About this app

Gumtrue Preview is an early-access build of the next-generation Gumtrue app for wholesalers, distributors and field sales teams. It brings ordering, delivery and back-office workflows together on your phone.

This is a preview release used for evaluation and demos while new features are being completed.

What you can do:

• Customers — manage customer accounts, contacts, delivery sites and per-customer price lists.
• Catalogue & pricing — browse products, categories and price lists, including customer-specific pricing.
• Orders — take sales orders on the road, build a cart and confirm orders in seconds.
• Delivery — work delivery routes and rounds, capture proof of delivery, and record best-effort GPS location for delivery accountability.
• Invoices & documents — generate and share order and invoice PDFs.
• Payments — record customer payments with on-screen signature capture.
• Stock — view inventory and make stock adjustments.
• Reports — review collections and activity.

Gumtrue Preview connects to your existing Gumtrue account. You'll need login credentials from your Gumtrue administrator to sign in.
