Good idea for the sellers of tickets but totally useless for visitors. It is impossible to go together to an event. If you need to share tickets they all need to create accounts and share their data and be physically together. If you bought tickets for colleagues and want to share them that's simply not possible. Also if somebody cannot join and you want to sell a ticket, they add additional margin for selling the ticket without added value like a marketplace (like ticketswap).

Thanks to the GET protocol used behind the scenes it's basically impossible for scammers to operate. Tickets can be resold, but not for a higher price. When selling your ticket it'll be the first one to be sold. There is no thing as a 2nd hand ticket anymore, the buyer doesn't know if it's a resold ticket, he just gets an official ticket from the guts app itself. Since a while you're also able to share your ticket with someone else, was just in time for me to gift a ticket to my little brother!

Easy to use. I bought 3 tickets for my friends and invited everyone through the app. One friend didn't pay me back. Because I'm petty like that, I sold his ticket right in the app before the event. It worked like a refund and the money showed up in my account (minus a 5% fee, which I think is acceptable) a few days later.
