This is a simple WiFi mode switch. This comes as recommended by users!

The icon as well as the switch changes with state changes on the phone - when enabling or disabling.

6/26/2025 After using it for several months, I no longer trust what it shows, or that it does what it says it does. It can show wifi on, when it's off and vice versa. After install: I'd hoped for something I could touch to toggle on and off in a single click. THis requires two usually, but sometimes one. The main advantage is that it shows whether wifi is on or of.

Does what it's supposed to do, no permissions or ads of any kind, app is clean! As the developer and others have said it will not turn on and off the Wi-Fi on later versions of Android, instead it goes to the device Wi-Fi switch. Works really good if your device has a unified internet in the notification panel. I often forget to turn off Wi-Fi when leaving home, this will show if the Wi-Fi is on or off which is what I need.

Nice little app that shows you on your home page when the WiFi is on or off. I looked a long time to find a good one. This is a small 1x1 icon that looks good and takes up very little space. I'm happy. Highly recommended if your WiFi occasionally gets turned off like mine does.
