Terrible app and firmware inside the unit itself. Can't get it to connect to Bluetooth. Prompts for a pairing pin and the pin is nowhere to find on the website, in the app, or anywhere in the manual. App won't recognize device either. I'm sending it back for a refund. If it's this much trouble to use when it's brand new it will not get better in time

The app crashes a second or two after opening it. This happens every single time, and I have the latest Android OS and Samsung phone. Not a great start

Super duper shady. They require all sorts of unnecessary permissions and are almost definitely stealing your data. Just use the hardware remote.
