Ratings and reviews

App is glitchy, customer support is difficult to reach and totally useless. Update: After spending several trying to connect with the customer care, I got the order placed and then the delivery agent calls me next day at 5.45 AM. When I call back 10 minutes later, he doesn't pick and then after 5-6 calls he picks up and says your order will be cancelled because you didn't pick the call. I mean in today's time of seamless-10 minute deliveries, how pathetic can one's services be.

The update is really worst, I can't even make orders. I'm clicking on buy once or subscription, but nothing happens no addition to cart, no deduction of money nothing. 1st of all they don't provide milk for 2-3 orders they just refund it atlast & now app problem doesn't allow me to order. If we have to buy otherwise why I would block 1000₹ in your app.

Not reliable at all. They will deliver at their own will, you can subscribe as many product you want, but they will deliver only what they want. Complain as many time you want, but no action/ resolution, poor customer care system. If you have to go to market to buy remaining products everyday then what is the use? Also offers shown in notification will not show in app, and CC has no idea about these. Clearly bogus offers are as cheap marketing trick. Sent several mails to them but no response.
