This app connects to a GPS logger via Bluetooth or USB and relays its location information to your smartphone as a mock location. Instructions for use can be found
here. By using this app, smartphone apps that use location information will operate using the GPS logger's location information instead of the built-in GPS. While the built-in GPS acquires location information once per second, the GPS logger can acquire it with greater precision, 5 to 20 times per second. This is essential for apps that analyze driving, such as those used in motorsports. The app operates as a resident service, so you start the service from the app screen and it continues to run even when you close the app screen (you can stop the service from the app screen).
To use this, you need to enable "Developer Options" in your smartphone's settings and register MLS by selecting "Select a temporary location information app." Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity must be enabled and location access permissions required. Some apps, such as location-based games, may not function with simulated location information.
※Operation has been confirmed with GL-770, GL-770M, DigiSpice 3, DigiSpice 4, RaceBox micro, UG-353, and BU-353N5. Operation with other GPS loggers has not been confirmed.
