Couldnt get the grill to connect or find it with bluetooth. Messed with it for hours turns out I just had to reset the grill. hold power button, unplug grill while still holding the button, plug it back it and hold until a code flashes now it works great. Hopefully this will help someone else

Finally Halo Connect is available for Android. But I can not connect and just get and error in, what Google AI says is "System busy, try again later" in mainland Chinese. Also, customer service won't answer emails.

Says my (already created) account does not exist. Needs a onetime pass code (otp) for the initial registration on the app. Gives me error messages in Chinese, literally. Was hoping to update the grills firmware with this, but as of now only 100 downloads, clearly this is a work in progress and not ready for customers. I have been professionally involved in IT for 15yrs, fixing printers to cloud build pipelines to kubernetes clusters... this layers of issues, prob was uploaded here by mistake.
