About this app

H2H makes the people near you reachable — for help, for hello, for everything in between.

Safe by design: every conversation starts with a request you accept, everyone shows a name before making contact, and you can report or block anyone right from the chat. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

H2H Protocol connects you with the real people in your immediate space — same room, same venue, same street — over Bluetooth proximity and, if you allow it, a rough city area, never precise tracking. No feeds, no followers, no algorithm. Just the humans actually around you, right now.

Need urgent help, or just have something to say? Broadcast a short text or voice announcement to everyone nearby — instantly heard by the room around you.

Hold the SOS button when you need help. People nearby see it, offline over Bluetooth or across your city, and can step into one shared room to coordinate. SOS is a community alert, not an emergency service — contact your local emergency number first.

Chat with the people you connect with — end-to-end encrypted.

• No account and no real name — just a display name you choose; your profile stays on your device
• Bluetooth proximity first; only a rough ~5 km area if you allow location
• End-to-end encrypted messaging

What’s new

• Message requests: nobody can chat with or call you until you accept. You see their name and what you matched on first. Decline quietly, undo later, or block.
• A display name is required before contacting anyone, SOS included.
• Report and block in every chat and SOS room. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Cleaner radar: one status line; Match, Announce and SOS are three clear buttons.
• Call fixes and better reliability.
