Fettle is a practical property inspection log designed for landlords, property managers, and maintenance coordinators who need a straightforward way to record unit walkthroughs and condition reports. The app keeps every inspection organized around four simple tabs: Dashboard, Log, New, and Follow-ups. From the Dashboard, you can see total inspections completed, inspections logged this month, and a recent list of the last three inspections at a glance. The Log tab provides a scrollable list of all saved inspections with a search bar, and each entry shows the property name, inspection date, and a colored condition dot. Green indicates good condition, yellow indicates fair condition, and red indicates poor condition. The New tab lets you create an inspection by entering the property name or unit identifier, selecting the inspection date, choosing an overall condition, and adding any damage or follow-up details in the notes field. After you save an inspection, it is stored locally on your device, so your walkthrough records remain available even when you are offline. You can return to any saved inspection later to review it, update the condition or notes, or delete records that are no longer needed. The Follow-ups tab automatically filters the list to show only inspections marked as poor, sorted by the most recent date first. This helps you quickly identify units that need attention without searching through the full log. The interface uses a clean key cabinet style with inspection cards that feel like hanging metal tags, making it easy to scan property names and current status. Fettle does not require an account or cloud setup, and all information stays in local storage on the device. The app is built for routine move-in, move-out, and periodic walkthrough documentation, giving you a dependable record of unit condition over time.
