I can't add more details because the app doesn't recognize my area And it's not like I live in some dessert... if you actually want ppl using the app then you have to be satisfied with the details from the map and add a phone number for the delivery representative. If you want more details, then you have to specify specific areas to use the application. Why should I use an application that does not recognize my area??

Delivery time is the worst I need to wait an hour or two, customer service responds late and when they don't solve anything, the driver doesn't answer when I try to call him. Missing items , inappropriate, cold, bad

It came much later than the hour they specified although it was a small order from a supermarket very close to my home , it took more than 2:30 hours to arrive. They didnt apply promocode. Moat of the order came feom other brands than thw ones i specified. I expected a message or call to ask if im satisfied with the service, but got nothimg even when i sent a complain the following day. Im removing the app and wont be recommending it
