I can't add more details because the app doesn't recognize my area And it's not like I live in some dessert... if you actually want ppl using the app then you have to be satisfied with the details from the map and add a phone number for the delivery representative. If you want more details, then you have to specify specific areas to use the application. Why should I use an application that does not recognize my area??

worst application customer service ever first of all I ordered two sandwiches from the Reem shawerma restaurant I got 2 half sandwiches. contacted customer support delayed replies almost taking 30 minutes or more at the end I asked for a manager so the customer support completely ignored me. trash app trash customer service

I downloaded the app immediately since it's Egyptian. Unfortunately, I couldn't access it as any location in Alexandria was out of service. I hope the app is improved soon to be available for everyone
