HabitGuard requires the use of the Android AccessibilityService API to function properly.

Why we use it: This permission is strictly used to detect which application is currently active on the screen. This allows HabitGuard to track the usage time of the specific apps you have chosen to limit, and to display the lock screen overlay when your child reaches their daily or session limit.

Your Privacy is Guaranteed:
We DO NOT use the Accessibility Service to monitor your keystrokes, read your messages, capture screen content, or track your web browsing history. None of the data monitored by this service is ever collected, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties.
