⏰ Schedule Your Focus
Plan distraction-free time with scheduled blocking sessions. Build a routine that fits your day and make focused time a regular habit.

📱 Build Better Digital Habits
Spend less time mindlessly checking apps and more time on things that matter.

⚡ Simple & Easy to Use
Select the apps you want to restrict, choose your focus time, and start your session.

♿ Accessibility Service Usage (Important)
FocusControl uses Android's AccessibilityService API to provide its core feature: blocking the apps you choose during a focus session.

• Why we use it: The Accessibility Service detects when an app you have chosen to block is opened during an active focus session or scheduled block. FocusControl then shows a blocking screen so you can return to focus.
• What it reads: Only the package name of the app currently in the foreground. It is compared against your block list.
• What we do NOT do: We do not read, collect, store, or share your screen content, typed text, passwords, messages, or personal data. No accessibility data leaves your device.
• Your control: The service is turned on only after you see an in-app explanation and give consent. You can turn it off at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility. FocusControl does not stop you from disabling the service, changing settings, or uninstalling the app.
• FocusControl is not an accessibility tool for people with disabilities. It uses this API only for app blocking.
