HABBL – Mobile Workflow Solution for Logistics and Transport
HABBL is an application for the digital mapping and control of transport and logistics processes. The app serves as a mobile interface between dispatch (TMS/ERP) and drivers or mobile field personnel.

Functional Scope
The application is based on a modular workflow structure. Work steps are transmitted to the mobile device in predefined sequences (workflows) and processed there.
- Order Management: Reception and processing of transport orders including address data, time windows, and shipment information.
- Guided Process Execution: Step-by-step instructions for the user (e.g., departure checks, loading, unloading, break times).
- Digital Proof of Delivery (ePoD): Capture of recipient signatures directly on the touchscreen.
- Documentation & Data Capture: * Photo documentation (e.g., in case of transport damage or load securing). Barcode scanning for package control and capture of free text and numeric values.
- Load Carrier Management: Documentation of exchange processes (e.g., Euro pallets, cage pallets).
- Status & Tracking: Transmission of status messages (e.g., "Arrival", "Departure") as well as GPS coordinates for shipment tracking and ETA calculation.
- Communication: Integrated chat function for direct communication with the dispatch center.

Technical Features
- Offline Capability: Data can be recorded without an active internet connection. Synchronization occurs automatically once a connection is available again.
- Hardware Integration: Support for the camera for scans and photos; connection of external scanners via Bluetooth is possible.
- Multilingual Support: The user interface is available in multiple languages for use by international personnel.
- Platform Integration: HABBL acts as a mobile client for the EIKONA logistics platform and can be connected to common Transport Management Systems (TMS) via interfaces.

Areas of Use
The app is primarily used in local and long-distance transport, service logistics, and for integrating subcontractors (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device).

Important Notice
Use of the app requires an existing connection to a HABBL tenant system as well as device activation by a system administrator. Without the appropriate credentials, the functions of the app cannot be used.
