Steps to send money

1. Register, verify through OTP
2. Login using Qatar ID and PIN for existing users
3. Upload KYC
4. Send money in 2 steps
5. Bank transfer or Cash pickup
6. In Bank transfer add beneficiary, verify and confirm through OTP and send money
7. In Cash PickUp, add details and then send directly
8. Track the status of your transactions

Ratings and reviews

Sometimes, the app does not allow you to enter your bank details in order to pay for the service/send money. The rates are great but if you can't use the app, what's the point? Also, they require QID as log in requirement, which is troublesome compared to just having a fixed username. Log in biometrics instead of password would also be nice. Please fix this issue.

I made a remittance through mobile application on 29th of october 2025 and its been more than 5 days my payment is not reflecting in the system. Called them many time, but still issue is the same. I have never ever experienced such kind of pathetic , poor and non professional customer services . This is the 3rd time i am facing the same issue, i don't know why they don't release your money when you send. Don't send money if your family need urgent back at home coz they dont release on time.

Very Slow Interface. Tooks too much time to display while new Person add as benificiary. Even Unable to generate OTP from this app to transfer Remittance. Needs for Improvement alot.
