Habitat Audois, the leading social landlord in the Aude department with nearly 6,500 housing units, offers you a simple and intuitive application that is aimed at everyone, especially as a tenant.
For everyone, it is the possibility to search and quickly find available accommodation, to geolocate a residence or accommodation on our heritage, and to contact us directly with one click.
For all our tenants, it is a dedicated and secure space with all the practical elements available to them. Reminder of deadlines, administrative documents, technical intervention request, online payment, a whole range of services at your service!

The application in detail:
• For everyone :
-Map of housing properties from Habitat Audois.
-List of available accommodation by sector and by type.
-On a selected accommodation: geolocation + details of the accommodation + information request form.
-Contact form for all types of requests.
-Contact Habitat Audois in 1 click.
• For our tenants:
-Access to personal information, to the registered home insurance reference, to the name and contact of its manager, ...
-Request to modify personal information (following a marriage or separation for example). Change his email.
-Personalize your tenant access.
-Recover his account by email.
-Contact your manager in 1 click.
-Access its documents in digital format: incoming or outgoing inventory, notice of expiry, Energy Performance Diagnosis (DPE).
-Dedicated contact form, with appointment request.
-Send photos (observation of damage, file, technical problem, contract, etc.) directly after a take or from your phone's gallery.
-Visio-diagnostic request form, provided by our works management.
