interesting idea for self help. The app itself is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The idea of using a self monitored system to enforce/ reinforce a positive improvement in breaking undesirable habits is a lot to ask from an app and hardware. Its yet to be seen if this will help brake the cycle. All said its worth a try.

App is okay, it works. Unfortunately, the developer didn't build it for x86_64 (Intel) computers / devices, so you cannot use Windows (via Subsystem for Android) or any other Intel-based device (many tablets and other random device types) with this app — it simply will not show up on the Play Store at all!

Amazing and completely unique product with very functional app. Been using it for months and it has never failed me. When i got a new phone, the transition was seemless.
