HabitRoot is a calm, minimal habit tracker built to stay out of your way. No feed, no noise, no pressure — just your habits and how they grow, day after day.

Not every habit is one you want to build. HabitRoot tracks the other side too:
• Avoid mode: the goal is a clean day, with no occurrences at all
• Limit mode: set a maximum per day and stay under it
• Dedicated analytics tell you when an avoidance habit is getting harder, before it turns into a relapse
