I created an account but the daily purchase limits placed on the account was too low and when I complain they tell me I have to wait for a whole 3 days before I can make another transaction, so I had to create multiple accounts to transact sufficiently on the platform now they restricted all my accounts and told me I can no longer use there service as I have violated a condition, I messaged them and apologised explaining I didn't notice any condition against multiple accounts and I wouldn't mind

The payment went through successfully, but instead of receiving the card, I got a vague message saying: "Your account is under review." I contacted support multiple times, and no one is replying. Brought a $250 voucher with credit card. Payment went through but no voucher! Got vague email about sending screenshot of my bank transaction for verification. I logged back in the app andwas talking to operator on chat in the app who requested pics of credit card, ID and selfies with each of these! While uploading the pics. chat got stuck on reconnecting page so I couldn't send the last pics. Continued hanging even after reinstalling the app. Sent email to support in the app but no response.
