I purchased an Engen voucher through this app, but it doesn't work. It shows as invalid on the Engen app and was also rejected at the store. I've requested a refund or replacement, but I haven't received a proper resolution yet. Very disappointing experience.

Good day. I would like to ask about my transaction. I topped up my Claro Argentina SIM card through Hablax and paid around USD 32, but the load was never credited to my SIM card. I contacted Hablax live support, and they told me that the deducted amount would be refunded to my bank account. The transaction happened on June 29, but as of today, June 30, I still have not received the refund. Could you please check the status of my refund and let me know when I can expect it? Thank you.
