About this app

"Easy Project Schedule" is an app that allows you to create and submit weekly and monthly project schedules for civil engineering and construction sites using only your smartphone. You can create schedules on-site without having to return to your office computer.

■ All Site Details on a Single Sheet
• Work (Type of Work)
• Personnel (By In-House/Outsourced, etc.)
• Heavy Equipment/Transportation/Vehicles/Other
All of these can be managed together in one sheet. Items can be added or removed to suit the site.

■ Create with Your Finger
• Tap a cell to input data on the spot. Simply swipe to select the number of people.
• Drag the work bar with your finger to set the duration.
• Switch between 2-week and monthly views with a single tap.

• Copy this week and paste it into another week to instantly duplicate the same schedule. You can undo any operation with "Undo".

• Switch between an easy-to-read "Bar View" and a "Detailed View" similar to a paper format with a single tap.

■ Work types can be added to suit the site
Includes built-in dictionaries for civil engineering and building construction work types.
Includes commonly used terms from the start, such as excavation, embankment construction, formwork, surface paving, and catch basin installation.
Missing work types can be added on the spot, and added terms can be deleted later.

■ Submit directly as PDF or Excel
Completed schedules can be exported as PDF, Excel, or image files.
You can check the preview and then attach and send it directly via email.
Operation buttons do not appear in the output, so it can be used directly as a submission to the client.
・Supports printing. Automatically adjusts to fit on one A4 landscape page.
・Files can be shared directly via sharing apps such as LINE.

■ Automatic calculation of estimated costs (internal costs)
Once you set the unit prices for personnel and machinery, the estimated internal costs are automatically calculated simply by entering the work schedule.
You can check the cost of this plan as you go along.
*This is only an internal estimate. It is not a quotation creation function.

■ Project schedule data is stored only on your device. It is not sent to the server.
*All data such as the entered project name and number of personnel is saved on your device. It is not sent to the server.
*No account registration or login is required.
*You can create project schedules offline even at sites with poor reception (communication is only used for displaying advertisements).
*You can export the data to a file and return it for device changes or for safekeeping.

■ About the fee
It is free to use. Advertisements are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Once you pay to "remove ads" in the app, you can use it ad-free forever. It is a one-time purchase (not a monthly subscription).

■ Important Notes
* Data is saved only on your device. It will be deleted if you uninstall the app, so please save important project schedules to a file using "Save Data".
* Simultaneous editing by multiple users and cloud synchronization are not supported.
* Estimated costs are an estimate of internal costs and do not guarantee the accuracy of the calculations or estimates.
