About this app
Vehicle, heavy machinery, and equipment inspections, as well as pre-operation alcohol checks, can be performed using a smartphone without filling out paper forms.
■ Thorough Inspections
To avoid sloppy inspections, periodic inspections can be performed item by item.
It's also possible to input all regular checks at once. (Paid version)
■ Print or Send Data?
PDF and Excel files can be generated on a single A4 page. They can be printed directly or submitted via LINE or email.
Data can also be sent to the administrator. Managing data eliminates the need for printing. (Partially paid version)
■ Various Templates Available
・Heavy machinery (earthmoving, excavation, demolition, compaction, mobile cranes, forklifts, aerial work platforms, rough terrain transport vehicles)
・Trucks, work vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles
・Lifting equipment, one piece at a time. Wires and slings can be recorded with management numbers and inspection colors.
• Generators, insulating protective equipment
• Alcohol check (before and after work, detector readings, inspector, instructions)
• For items that don't fit into any of the above categories, you can create a "custom format" where you can decide the format name and column names yourself.
■ Saved on the administrator's terminal
Files submitted by inspectors are imported and displayed in a list. Signatures in the confirmation column can be entered all at once for the month. (Paid version)
* The items to be recorded and the retention period vary depending on the subject and the relevant laws and regulations, and some items may not have a specified period. Annual specific self-inspections are not covered by this application.

・点検対象の追加画面を、選ぶ順に並べ直しました。様式のプレビューを見ながら入力できます
・呼び方を「点検対象」「点検者（初期値）」「所属名」にそろえました（ひな形の様式でも「型式」→「点検対象」、「会社名」→「所属名」と印刷されます）
・点検項目は、管理者モードでなくても編集できます
・点検項目を変えても、先月までの点検表は記録したときの項目のまま残ります
・タブレットで、一覧やA4様式のプレビューが画面いっぱいに表示されます
・狭い画面で、様式の画面の「提出」ボタンや、アルコールチェックの確認方法の欄が隠れていたのを直しました
・購入後も「Pro」の表示が残っていたのを直しました
・提出したものに「提出済」の印を付けられるようにしました
・提出状況に、日ごとの一覧を追加しました（Pro版）
・日常点検とアルコールチェックの様式にも、確認欄のサインを付けました（管理者でなくてもサインできます）
