The Gutter Cutting Guide is a measurement and calculation tool that assists with on-site "angle cuts" on gutters (U-shaped gutters, etc.), blocks, curbs, baseboards, tiles, and chamfering.
■ Capabilities
- Simply align the camera's guide line with a reference object (string line, structure, etc.) to instantly read the cutting angle and length.
- Supports both-sided mode (connecting two lines at corners) and one-sided mode (only one side, such as catch basins).
- Automatically calculates the "marking correction value" (width of the surface x ratio) for "horizontally spreading surfaces" such as bottom surfaces and chamfers. Includes diagrams illustrating precise marking methods.
- Includes procedures that can be used directly on-site, such as 90° transfer using a carpenter's square.
- Measurement results can be recorded and recalled within the device (with memos).
■ Features
- Camera video and images are processed only within the device. No external transmission is required.
- Operates offline.
* Supports 6 languages: Japanese, English, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Portuguese, and Filipino (automatic and manual language switching is possible based on the device's language). Can be used on construction sites with foreign workers.
■ Recommended for:
* Craftsmen/construction managers in drainage, exterior construction, civil engineering, and building construction
* Those who want to quickly determine cut dimensions for diagonal butt joints and gradient change points
* It is recommended to draw the marking lines with a margin of a few millimeters to 1 cm, and make fine adjustments at the joint after cutting.
The camera reads the cutting angle, and the diagonal cutting dimensions from the drainage ditch to the timber are calculated on the spot.
