Ratings and reviews

I specifically bought this product due to its app support and automated detection, not for manually entering values. The camera fails to capture in both Auto Capture or manual clicking, saying that it can't detect the strip. Therefore, it's absolutely useless! Don't waste your money, and instead just buy strips without an app, which are much cheaper.

app is basically useless. the auto capture doesn't work. on the iPhone version there are grey and back squares to line up the strip. but in this android version they forgot the grey square. the manual capture button also doesn't work most the time. the one time I did get results they were nowhere near correct. at least on the iPhone version of app the results are only off by 1 or 1.5 color blocks. still not accurate enough to actually use that way.

I never write reviews but I feel like i have to with this app. its frustrating to use. The auto capture never works and you have to try multiple times to get a picture of the strip. by the time you can actually get a picture without an error, its way past the recommended 30 seconds post dip to get an accurate read. I appreciate an app that can give recommendations on water adjustments, especially being new to pool/spas but i never want to buy this product ever again because of this app.
