It is extremely difficult to get the app to take a picture of the strip with my Pixel 7. Seems to do best in full daylight. Additionally, the app reports levels as high, ideal, or low using different ranges than the manual read indicator chart that came with the bottle. There are even inconsistencies between different pages of the app ("Results" page vs. "more information" pages).

Galaxy Note 9, running Android 10. This app is very problematic. Very seldom can I get the photo capture to work, like maybe 5 times in the last four weeks. I am starting to wonder if the errors are intentional so one uses the test strips faster than normal and therefore need to buy them more often.... There is no button on the photo capture screen to take the picture. So I am forced to rely on the app to figure out the strip is in the window automatically? That doesn't work.

The key feature of the app, reading the strips, doesn't function well. Out of four strips I only got one to finally read but it was out of the time range by the time it worked. I ensured I had consistent lighting, my camera lens was clean, and I was holding it completely level. The help feature was quite unhelpful.
