A run-and-jump platformer where you are a cardboard box with legs, and the desk is enormous.
Run it, jump it, and get to the other side without being lost in transit. Every route is a handful of short platform levels, three lives, and a receipt at the end telling you exactly how you did. The jumping is exact and the levels are quick, so a miss costs you seconds, not minutes.
MAKE YOUR OWN LEVELS
Every level in Packet was made in the level maker that ships with it. One finger draws, two fingers pan and pinch, and the whole catalogue sits behind a five-slot quick bar. Build a course, test it, publish it, and it goes into the same route everyone else is playing.
A LEVEL YOU CAN PUBLISH IS A LEVEL YOU CLEARED
You cannot publish until you have cleared your own level collecting every packet. The run that earns you the right to publish is the run whose time becomes the level's par. Nobody has to take your word for it, and nobody downloads a level that cannot be finished.
WHAT YOU CARRY
Five power-ups that go in the box: a sword, a shield, a propeller, a spring and a shoe. Pick up a packet and you are carrying whatever is inside it. Each one changes how you jump, climb or get past what is in the way.
WHAT YOU EARN
Play levels and take stars. Stars open murals, and murals give up cosmetics one piece at a time - fourteen accessories and three backdrops, none of them for sale. Beat a level's record and it is yours until somebody takes it back.
A platform adventure you can finish on a bus, and a level editor you can lose an evening in.
You can even play it offline!
Run and jump platform adventure. Play levels, make your own, publish.
